SMS Messaging — How We Collect Consent

NeverMiss ATX sends SMS text messages only to people who have explicitly opted in. This page documents exactly how consent is collected, shown publicly so it can be reviewed and verified. We have two opt-in methods, both described in full below.
Opt-in method 1 — Business owner dashboard
Business owners who subscribe to NeverMiss ATX opt in to SMS lead alerts inside their account dashboard at app.nevermissatx.com (Settings → Voice & Notifications). After entering their mobile number, the owner must check this consent box — it is unchecked by default and consent is not a condition of purchase:
The exact checkbox as it appears in the dashboard. The date and time of consent are recorded for each account. Immediately after opting in, the owner receives a one-time confirmation text (shown in Sample messages below). Owners can withdraw consent anytime by unchecking the box, replying STOP, or emailing us.
Opt-in method 2 — Caller booking-link request
When someone phones a business that uses NeverMiss ATX and verbally asks for a booking link during the call, they receive a single transactional text message containing that link — sent only at their request, in direct response to the caller asking for it. This is a one-time message, not a recurring program.
Message types & frequency
- Lead alerts (owners): a text when a new lead is captured. Frequency varies with the business's lead volume.
- Booking links (callers): a single message sent when a caller requests it.

Sample messages
Opt-in confirmation (sent once, right after an owner opts in):
NeverMissATX: You're subscribed to lead-alert texts. Msg frequency varies with your lead volume. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Lead alert (owners):
NeverMiss ATX: New lead for Smith's Plumbing! John D. (512-555-0123) needs water heater repair, prefers Tuesday AM. Reply STOP to opt out.
Booking link (callers, on request):
NeverMiss ATX: As requested on your call with Smith's Plumbing, book your appointment here: https://cal.com/smiths-plumbing. Reply STOP to opt out.
Opting out & help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe — you'll receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@nevermissatx.com. Owners can also disable SMS anytime in dashboard settings.
Privacy
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text-message service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
