Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

NeverMiss ATX ("we", "us") is an AI receptionist and lead-capture service operated by Gold Labs AI LLC, based in Austin, Texas. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit nevermissatx.com, use our dashboard, or interact with an AI receptionist or chatbot operated on behalf of one of our business customers.

2. Information we collect

• Business customers (our subscribers): name, business name, email address, phone number, billing information (processed by Stripe, we never store card numbers), and the business knowledge you provide to train your assistant.
• Callers and website visitors of our customers: when you call a business that uses NeverMiss ATX, your call is answered by an artificial-intelligence assistant and is recorded and transcribed so the business can follow up accurately. We process the conversation, the recording and transcript, your phone number, and (if you choose to share them) your name and details about the service you need. Website chat conversations are likewise processed and stored as transcripts.
• Website leads: if you submit our "Get Started" form, we collect the name, business name, phone, and email you provide.
• Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and service operation, and website analytics via Google Analytics (which uses cookies to measure site traffic, see Google's privacy policy).

3. How we use information

• To provide the service: answering calls, capturing leads, sending booking links, and delivering lead notifications and summaries to the relevant business.
• To operate, secure, bill for, and improve the service.
• To respond when you contact us.

We do not sell personal information. Conversations are processed by AI service providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) solely to generate responses; they are not used to advertise to you.

4. SMS / text messaging

Business owners who subscribe to NeverMiss ATX may opt in to receive SMS notifications (such as new-lead alerts and appointment updates) by checking the consent box in the dashboard settings. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on your business activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also opt out anytime in your dashboard settings or by emailing hello@nevermissatx.com.

Callers who request a booking may receive a one-time text containing the business's booking link, sent at their request during the call.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text-message services.

5. Sharing

We share information only with: (a) the business you contacted, so they can serve you; (b) service providers we use to run the platform (hosting, telephony, email, payment processing, and AI providers), bound to use it only to provide services to us; and (c) authorities where required by law. We never share or sell contact lists for marketing.

Our current service providers include: Supabase (database & authentication), Railway (application hosting), Twilio (telephony & SMS), Retell AI (voice-call infrastructure), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI conversation processing), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Cal.com (appointment scheduling), and Google Analytics (website analytics).

6. Retention & security

We retain conversation records, call recordings and transcripts, and lead data for as long as the relevant business account is active. If a business cancels its account, we delete that business's data within 30 days of cancellation, unless the business requests earlier deletion or a data export before then, or a longer period is required to comply with legal obligations (for example, billing and tax records). Data is stored with reputable cloud providers using encryption in transit and at rest. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@nevermissatx.com. If your information was collected on behalf of one of our business customers, we may direct your request to that business.
